By small we mean that the lot can be from 1/4 acre to 2 acres in size. But of course, we will bush hog a small place just to clean it up a bit for you. Any scrap iron that is there, we can haul off for you if you need it to go away. We DO NOT haul off trash or garbage that has been dumped on your property.
